Jessica Tse - Clarinetist
Jessica Tse has been playing the clarinet for over a decade and has years of experience teaching. Jessica holds a Doctorate of Musical Arts from the University of Toronto and has a Master of Music from Indiana University, Jacob's School of Music, where she studied under James Campbell. She also holds a Bachelor of Music summa cum laude from the University of Ottawa. She can be seen performing in Toronto and throughout Ontario and teaches privately in Richmond Hill.
Jessica had been a clarinet teacher at the OrKidstra's Kidsplayers Band Program, a program for children from under-served areas in Ottawa, Ontario, and had taught clarinet lessons through Skype as part of a pilot program between Mpingo Studios, Indiana University, and Kenyatta University (Nairobi, Kenya). She had led clinics, sectionals, and classes at various schools in the GTA region, the Thornhill Chamber Music Institute, the University of Ottawa, and the University of Toronto. She teaches students of all ages and of all levels. She is the director of York Region Chamber Music .
